We stayed here over Christmas when visiting relatives. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind, and our spaniel was made very welcome. We would definitely stay here again. Lovely location with great walks.

The most beautifully decorated air bnb we have stayed in. Hannah thought of lots of little touches around the place and provided a high chair for our little one. The place was so clean on arrival and we felt like we could have moved in. Easy access with very clever gates! Great communication with host. An excellent meeting point between two families so hopefully we will be back in the future! Thanks for having us.
A really lovely cottage with everything you need. Very comfy beds and really clean and tidy. Great location to get to local areas with pubs and restaurants.
It is such a beautiful location and lovely inside and out. We stayed here the night before our wedding and the night of our wedding. Everything was just perfect.

We spent most of the time with local family so weren’t in the house much. But it was a lovely property, well maintained and furnished, and spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds and a good shower. We live in a very quiet area, so although the house is set back from the road we did hear the traffic noise. We didn’t need to contact Hannah during our stay, but communication with her throughout the process was friendly, prompt and helpful.
Had an amazing couple of nights at Hannah’s. The photos show how amazing it is but once you’re inside, it’s something else. It really is a beautiful place. Lovely touch with the welcome hamper (that had treats for the dog too!) and made to feel welcome with a baby. Thanks for a great break!
We have stayed 2 night and felt I want to stay forever.. The place is very very very clean, quite and has big area outside.. Hannah is very helpful and always there to help and support.. one of the most beautiful Lodge I have ever seen in my life.. I’ll definitely recommend it to my friends and will come back again..
The Yorkshire Gate Lodge is a beautiful, stylish house in peaceful surroundings. Thoughtful details everywhere in the house, which make all the difference. The beds are super comfortable and we loved the bathroom and the additional rather quirky toilet. My husband and daughter spotted a hare running in the grounds which rather made their day! Plenty of space for parking. Waking up to a rural vista is a bonus! Our visit to Yorkshire was for personal reasons and rather stressful. Coming back to a warm, welcoming house each evening in which we could totally relax was a real bonus. What a lucky find! We would highly recommend the Lodge as a place to stay, an exceptional Air BnB. In different circumstances, we would have loved to have stayed longer. Thank you, Hannah and family.
